Mass Damper System - Damper
Tax excluded. Shipping calculated at checkout
The Mass Damper System utilizes tungsten weights suspended around a threaded rod by elastomeric dampers to act as vibration absorbers and shock dampers. Concentric rings interlock the tungsten weights and rubber dampers together and a threaded suspension damper compresses the assembly and locks it all in place. By isolating the tungsten weights from the threaded rod it decouples their mass from the stabilizer and enables them to counter and reduce movements introduced into the stabilizer system.
- Tungsten suspension weights are available in 1oz and 3oz options.
- Fits over a 5/16"-24 threaded rod.
- More suspension weights can be added when paired with additional suspension damper rings.
MDS Threaded Suspension Damper:
- Weighs 1oz
- 5/16"-24 threads pass through the entire damper
- 1in diameter
- 1.5" long
MDS Suspension Damper Rings:
- Weighs 0.14 oz each
- Fit over 5/16" threaded rod
- 1in diameter
